CHAPTER 2100. Severability and Effective Date.
2101. Severability. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by any court to be invalid, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
2102. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective upon
