NORTH LOGAN CITY COUNCIL

MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA

FEBRUARY 2, 2012

The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, February 2^nd in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan Library, 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m.  

The agenda is as follows:

1.     Opening Business including:       

·  Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony

·  Adoption of agenda

·  Approve minutes of previous City Council meeting.

·  Follow-up on issues from previous meetings

·  Review of Action Items List

2.     Consider a proposed ordinance to effect a boundary adjustment with Hyde Park.  Being proposed is that a portion of the recreation land, owned by Cache County, between North Logan City and Hyde Park become part of Hyde Park City.

3.     Consider a resolution adopting a revised municipal budget for FY2012.

4.     Consider the development plan and preliminary plat for the Keller Lane Subdivision located at 1800 North 1200 East, North Logan

5.     Consider a proposed policy for subsidizing employees for mobile phone costs when such are required for city business.

6.     Discuss RAPZ Grant submission and matching funds from North Logan City.

7.     Continue to discuss plans for a new building for the police department

8.     Continue to discuss council member participation in various city committees.

9.     Reports from city officers, boards, and committees.      

10.  Executive session (closed) to discuss the acquisition of real property.  

The order in which items are discussed during this meeting is subject to change throughout the meeting.  Persons interested in attending the meeting for specific items should plan to be in attendance at the beginning of the meeting.  Any public hearings on the agenda will be no sooner than the time specified but may be later.
