PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA
The North Logan City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday,
February 1, 2012 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan Library, 475 East 2500 North,
North Logan, Utah. The regular meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Opening Business:
- Roll Call, Welcome, Opening Ceremony
- Adoption of agenda
- Approve minutes of previous Planning Commission Meetings
- Follow-up on issues from previous Planning Commission meetings
Commission Business:
1. Review Planning Commission’s Policies and Procedures
2. Review and consideration of a concept plan for a townhome project (The Cove at North Logan) in the Mixed-use General Zone (MXG) located at the southeast corner of 2200 North 400 East. (North Logan Townhomes, LLC, Stan Rowlan and Travis Taylor)
