THE CITY OF NORTH LOGAN
PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA
The North Logan City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday,
May 17, 2012 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan Library, 475 East 2500 North,
North Logan, Utah. The regular meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Opening Business:
- Roll Call, Welcome, Opening Ceremony
- Adoption of agenda
- Approve minutes of previous Planning Commission Meetings
- Follow-up on issues from previous Planning Commission meetings
Commission Business:
1. Consideration and recommendation of the Development Plan and Preliminary Plat for North Cache Business Park project located at 500 West and 2500 North. (Blake Parker)
2. Continued consideration and recommendation of the Development Plan/Agreement and Preliminary Plat for The Cove @ North Logan, a mixed-use townhome project located at the southeast corner of 400 East and 2200 North. (North Logan Townhomes LLC)
3. Continued discussion of Planning Commission’s Policy and Procedures.
4. Continued discussion of changes to the Transportation Master Plan Map.
